Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager. Strong understanding of Java Spring Boot architecture and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional Agile teams. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git. Define and maintain the product roadmap for backend services and cloud infrastructure.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Java Spring Boot developers, AWS architects, and DevOps teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure cloud-native best practices are followed in AWS deployments and architecture.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide iterative improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product decisions and prioritization
