Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise database applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, and database optimization, with experience supporting mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.

  • Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and transformation.

  • Perform performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.

  • Collaborate with application and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Support data migration, ETL processes, and batch jobs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production database issues.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

  • Experience with stored procedures, triggers, cursors, and packages.

  • Good understanding of Oracle database architecture.

  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting (preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in banking, finance, or enterprise systems.

  • Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Oracle 12c/19c.

  • Experience in Agile environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
