Description
PennyMac is accelerating broker-direct growth by integrating IVR/CTI with brokers' standalone Salesforce orgs and enabling secure, real-time access to Pennymac Salesforce data. We're seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead / Application Developer to architect, build, and lead delivery of this multi-org solution-combining Salesforce platform expertise with modern application development (APIs, cloud, DevOps). You will own end-to-end technical strategy and execution: CTI enablement, data-sharing frameworks, real-time decisioning, security & compliance, performance and observability-while collaborating with call center operations, broker partners, and enterprise IT.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
