We have a current opportunity for a AI-Agile Lead on a contract basis. The position will be based in Wilmington, Mass and is a hybrid role. For further information about this position please apply.




Responsibilities:


The AI Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for:




  • Leading Agile methodology including sprint ceremonies and Jira maintenance.




  • Collaborating with management, developers, analysts, and business partners.




  • Coaching team members on Agile principles and practices.




  • Removing impediments and blockers to the team's progress.




  • Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.






Qualifications:




  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT environment.




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.




  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.




  • Proven experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.




  • Experience in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.




  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.




  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.




  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.




Desired Skills:




  • Experience in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).




  • Background in software development, QA, or business analysis.




  • Experience with remote or distributed Agile teams.




  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.




  • Ability to interpret and use Agile metrics to drive team performance.
