Description
The client is looking for contract-to-hire analysts with strong SQL, data analysis, and insurance business knowledge skills, as the lack of business knowledge has been a challenge in the past.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Business Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and work with developers and qa to translate these into technical specifications.
Mockups & Wireframes: Create mockups and/or wireframes using Figma along with marketing partners to convey how software should be developed.
User Training and Documentation: Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and application enhancements to optimize the customer experience.
Data Analysis: Analyze application data and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Projects:
I series work, comp decommissioning project, where they need an analyst to work with the actuaries to understand the data they are using from legacy statistical reporting files.
Data replication and transformation process within the client's core systems, and the need for an analyst to analyze the data to determine if the current Edw environment meets the actuaries' needs or if special handling is required.
Reviewing the existing financial reports that come from the I series system, validating the data in the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and rewriting the processes to extract the data from the EDW
The CM regent discovery leg, which is currently on hold but requires a more complex analyst to understand the data sources and requirements, as the team is in the discovery phase to determine the number of policy systems and how data is obtained from them

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
