Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the IT department to integrate AI tools and optimize technological systems.
Monitor operational and financial performance metrics to ensure revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and encourage behavioral changes within teams.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and execute strategies to achieve measurable results.
Establish and maintain processes that align with business goals and industry standards.
Partner with creative teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
Drive cultural alignment and foster a collaborative environment to support organizational success.
Evaluate and refine operational policies to maximize efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and performance targets are met.
Requirements
Proven experience in the trailer, post-production, or media and entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of operational efficiency, including workflow optimization and cost management.
Expertise in integrating technology solutions, particularly AI tools, into business operations.
Ability to balance technical, financial, and creative aspects of operations.
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on driving cultural fit and behavioral change.
Demonstrated success in achieving measurable improvements in organizational efficiency.
Solid background in finance and operations management.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams.
