CLIENT HELPDESK ANALYST

CherryRoad is seeking to hire a Helpdesk Analyst for a fully on-site role at a client location in Goshen,
NY. This position requires working on-site every day to provide in-person support. We are looking for an
enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team. Responsibilities include answering helpdesk
phone calls, providing hands-on client support at the site, and assisting with project-related tasks.

Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the primary Helpdesk point of contact for IT-related issues.
Provide technical support to customers both by phone and in-person at the client site.
Perform initial triage, assignment, and resolution of tickets, ensuring that all updates are
accurately documented.
Create and maintain knowledgebase articles and troubleshooting procedures.
Escalate and communicate issues and infrastructure alerts to the 2nd Level Support team as
needed.
Act as a liaison during major incidents to support efficient communication and resolution.
Follow established troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve technical problems.
Travel to additional government buildings within Orange County, NY as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Network Operations Center environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
Knowledge of IT Infrastructures.
At least 1 year experience with IT ticketing systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively in a
team environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Some basic network experience or familiarity with network troubleshooting preferred
