Description: Our client is currently seeking an MS Teams SME
About the Role
We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support collaboration initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on the administration, governance, and optimization of Microsoft Teams and its integrated apps, ensuring seamless communication and productivity for end users.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage Microsoft Teams policies for meetings, messaging, apps, and third-party integrations.
Support and maintain Teams, Channels, Chats, and Groups.
Assist with SharePoint, OneDrive, Webinars, Live Events, Whiteboard, Loop, Planner, Polls, and Tasks.
Ensure security and compliance across collaboration platforms.
Provide end-user training, adoption strategies, and ongoing guidance.
Troubleshoot collaboration issues and provide technical support.
Manage governance and lifecycle policies.
Oversee guest and external access configurations.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize Teams usage and performance.
Support integration and usage of Power BI, Power Apps, and other third-party applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications:
MS-700: Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate
MS-900: Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals
Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams architecture and administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and services.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance best practices.
Ability to support and train end users effectively.
Familiarity with Power Platform and third-party app integrations.
