1. 10+ years of PM Experience. Candidate needs to have Enterprise Project Management experience around software development projects. PMP certification is required

2. Candidate should have worked in an Agile environment and is a plus if they have ever worked as a Scrum Master with CSM - They will not function as a scrum master but must have experience running scrums. Will need to conduct scrum of scrums.

3. Candidate should have the ability to deliver project plans to C-Level Executives and VP's - candidate will need to be able to provide valuable input from a technical and business mindset in leadership and scrum meetings.

4. Familiarity with Product Management & Engineering

Job Description

Looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager for their external facing application PMO team. This individual will be tasked with running multiple enterprise projects in parallel. The projects will be aligned to their Patient product. Some of the projects will include working to provide a better patient experience: improving wait times, adding some new features/functionalities to allow folks to take better control of their future healthcare (ordering test, providing predictive analytics to past visits and bloodwork.) The goal is to allow patients to be able to self-serve as much as possible and reduce the number or incoming calls into their call center. There are 3 teams this PM will be working with: billing team, patient services experience team, and account registration process team. Each team consists of developers, QA, and a product manager. They have ongoing releases ranging from a few days to a few months depending on scope. This individual needs to have a technical background to be able to effectively interface and partner with the development and QA teams. HR has worked on this for around 5 months with no luck- found someone that was a potential, but the person lacked the ability to manage a budget.
