Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage change processes for a leading technology firm. This role involves ensuring the smooth execution of change windows to minimize outages and enhance system upgrades. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the change process, from initial review to final approval, ensuring compliance and coordination throughout.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit change requests against checklist criteria to ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Provide detailed feedback to requestors on the completeness and compliance of their submissions.
  • Document all interactions, decisions, and feedback during the change control board (CCB) meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with change requests about status updates, decisions, and any required modifications to their requests.
  • Coordinate and facilitate special calls or meetings to address any concerns or issues raised by board members or stakeholders.
  • Support the approval and review process, ensuring that all changes are either approved or rejected in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Ensure that the change process adheres to the predefined approval workflow and that all stakeholders are kept informed of the change status.           

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in IT or technology-related fields.
  • Strong understanding of change management processes and experience managing change control boards.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to handle multiple change requests simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating meetings and discussions among diverse groups.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Availability to work during scheduled change windows, which may occur outside of standard business hours.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $37.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
