Job Details
Job Description:
- Experienced programmer/Analyst for the Lawson S3 Human Resources and Payroll applications.
- 7 years programming experience, preferably in the Lawson HCM ERP environment
- 5 years experience as a COBOL program developer, preferably MS-COBOL.
- 3 years experience in an HCM ERP environment.
- Required Lawson Development Workbench experience in coding and compiling
- Required - strong SQL programming skills.
- Required - Landmark IPA workflow programming experience.
- Must have some knowledge of HCM components, how it is all integrated into other HCM modules, with Finance, external vendors, financial institutions, and government entities.
- Collaborative team member.
- Must be a problem solver and a willingness to brainstorm with colleagues and users
- Good communication skills when in a team environment, meetings and when collaborating with the user community.
- Candidate has project work experience and Go Live migration experience .
- Willing to perform Production Support duties and being on-call.
- Must be able to articulate solutions and document it.
- Adhoc reporting skills are a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook are a plus.
- This HCM team must function with a very high level of confidentiality and a strong mind-set of data security.
