Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end testing strategy for Workday implementation and enhancement projects

  • Lead functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities

  • Manage testing for Workday integrations leveraging Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs

  • Drive test automation and regression frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage

  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and vendors

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate testing risks; ensure timely defect resolution

  • Provide test metrics, dashboards, and executive-level status reporting

  • Mentor QA team members and promote best practices in Workday testing


Required Experience

  • 10+ years of Workday testing experience covering functional and integration testing

  • Proven experience leading large Workday implementation testing programs

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API testing

  • Experience with automation frameworks and managing regression test suites

  • Prior experience testing Workday implementations migrating from PeopleSoft (preferred)
