Job Title: Eagle Pace SME/ Business Analyst/ Data Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Eagle PACE SME / Business Analyst to join our technology and operations team. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge of Eagle Investment Systems (PACE) and have experience working with stakeholders in investment management to gather requirements, map data, and design scalable solutions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Eagle PACE, advising stakeholders on system capabilities and best practices.
  • Work closely with business users to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Define and document data mapping and transformation rules between source systems and Eagle PACE.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and data analysts to implement and test data integration solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and participate in data governance activities.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and support UAT execution and sign-off.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Eagle PACE / Eagle Investment Systems.
  • Strong understanding of investment data, including security master, holdings, transactions, and performance data.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL workflows, and data modeling.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or asset management domains.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Eagle STAR, Eagle ACCESS, or Eagle Performance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration projects, especially involving Eagle on AWS.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
