About the Role

The client is seeking a highly skilled ITSM Solutions Engineer to join their team and help design, configure, and automate IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and workflows. This role is critical in enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency across the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop innovative ITSM solutions, support the migration from ServiceNow to TeamDynamix, and drive continuous improvement through automation and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, document, and implement ITSM solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and service delivery.
  • Automate ITSM processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Define integration requirements between ITSM platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on ITSM tools and best practices.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Participate in on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours and weekend support.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in ITSM or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as TeamDynamix, Jira, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes (incident, change, release, configuration).
  • Proven ability to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ITSM platform migrations (e.g., ServiceNow to TeamDynamix).
  • Background in AI and automation for process optimization.
  • Knowledge of ITSM practices in a product-led organization.
  • Experience with cloud-based ITSM solutions.
  • Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders and leadership.
