Helpdesk Technician (Technical Services Coordinator 2)
Pay Rate: $28/hr. - $32/hr.
Contract: Ongoing
Onsite 5 days a week
Description
The primary responsibility is to respond to and resolve customer support requests and IT service-related issues. Responsible for thorough and appropriate ticket documentation and management. Escalate problems as required to Tier 2 and 3 support teams and vendors. This person MUST be able to work 1 weekend day. This schedule is going to be a swing shift 10 am - 7 pm PST.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
