As a Full Stack Engineer on the Generative AI Innovation team, you'll help design, build, and deliver scalable, production-grade systems using modern technologies and best practices. You'll contribute to flagship accelerators including an Intelligent Document Processing Assistant and a Live Meeting Assistant, owning the full lifecycle of feature development-from requirement analysis and architecture to testing, deployment, and documentation. Responsibilities
- Build and deploy full-stack, cloud-native applications using Python, Node.js/React, and AWS services
- Design system architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and fault tolerance
- Integrate generative AI models (LLMs) and build custom interfaces and workflows around them
- Own end-to-end project deliverables, contribute to architecture decisions, and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with peers to implement CI/CD pipelines, ensure code quality, and follow best practices
- Support operationalization of applications, monitor with tools like CloudWatch, and optimize performance
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience developing with generative AI tools and LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, integrating foundation models)
- Deep expertise in Python and JavaScript (React/Node.js)
- Proven experience building serverless architectures using services like AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, AppSync, and Step Functions
- Strong experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., AWS CDK or CloudFormation)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Understanding of creative engineering standards and ability to write high-quality, testable code
- Familiarity with contact center or telephony development is a plus
- Experience using modern developer tools, including GitHub Actions, CloudWatch, and agentic coding assistants is a bonus
