UKG Pro Trainer

Location: Northeastern Region (90% Remote - Some Paid Travel to Marlboro MA (East Coast Preferred))

Description:
* The UKG Pro Trainer will support the management program by developing comprehensive training materials under the guidance of the training lead.
* This behind-the-scenes role focuses on creating technical documents, job aids, web-based training (WBT) modules, and simulations tailored to specific business scenarios.
* The position does not involve direct end-user or instructor-led training but emphasizes the creation of high-quality learning assets to support broader training initiatives.

Required Skills:
* Strong ability to develop technical documentation such as user guides, manuals, and presentations
* Proficiency in creating job aids and training support materials
* Experience in designing and developing web-based training and simulations
* Familiarity with eLearning development tools
* Ability to navigate human capital management systems and capture client-specific scenarios
* Attention to detail and strong writing skills for technical content creation

Desired Skills:
* Experience working with cloud-based HR systems or workforce management platforms
* Exposure to multiple training content development methodologies and best practices
* Prior experience supporting a training lead or curriculum development team

Compensation:
Pay Range: $80-$100 Per HR
