Job Title: Senior Data Scientist     Measurement Science
 Location: Remote     Miami, FL | Dallas, TX | Seattle, WA | Minneapolis, MN
 Duration: 6+ month contract (potential to extend or convert to C2H)

Role Overview
The Measurement Science team is a newly formed group focused on causal inference, experimentation, and performance evaluation to drive data-informed decisions across Digital, Commercial, Finance, and Technology functions.
 This position will work closely with the Digital Marketing Analytics team and will be heavily research-driven, involving experimentation, model evaluation, and iterative development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply attribution and causal models (e.g., multi-touch attribution, experimental design).
- Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to assess program effectiveness and user behavior.
- Conduct customer lifetime value (CLV) and churn/survival analyses.
- Translate business challenges into measurable analytical frameworks.
- Deliver actionable insights on marketing performance, lifetime value, and incremental impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish scalable measurement and testing frameworks.
 
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5 10 years of hands-on experience in measurement science, attribution modeling, or applied data science.
- Proficiency in R (preferred) or Python for statistical modeling and experimentation.
- Experience working with Databricks or Redshift in a production environment.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and advanced statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and modern data ecosystems.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical results to both technical and business audiences.
