What You Will Do:
Responsible for the behavioral, conversion/task flow completion and adoption analysis for all digital properties, with focus on the public site, account opening, mobile and online banking. Continually monitors the properties and their instrumentation to ensure the data is being collected and is consistent with the established tracking standards and strategy.Translates data into insights and recommendations for user experience enhancements, content creation, and other performance improvements. Must have strong communication skills and an ability to document findings, draw conclusions from disparate data and present relevant and concise results to peers and senior management. Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards across different platforms such as Adobe Analytics and PowerBI. Assist senior analytics team members in developing and executing KPI s and strategy. Create data visualization and dashboarding deliverables. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization s Values.
What We Require:
Bachelor degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Web Design, and/or comparable experience. Minimum of two (2) years of in digital marketing web analytics experience. Knowledge of web analytics platforms and data visualization platforms, with a concentration on dobe Analytics experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to new technologies and multitask across multiple projects. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interface with senior leadership and technical resources. Able to think trategically and make decisions in the best interest of the Credit Union. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people of all technical levels and ability to interpret technical language into business language and vice versa.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Great math skills and strong quantitative analysis. Experience with multiple coding languages for use in data visualization tools such as R and Python. Strong skills in regards to building formulas in Excel and queries in SQL(i.e., building complex queries with multiple tables, multiple conditions). The successful candidate will play an important role in the future evolution of the Credit Union's digital channel and thus has to be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail, drive for continuous improvement and have a passion for data.
