Performance Enablement Specialist


LaSalle Network is helping their client hire a Performance Enablement Specialist to build and deliver high-impact training programs that drive employee growth and business performance. This fully remote opportunity (with occasional travel) is ideal for someone passionate about learning, content development, and enabling cross-functional teams to perform at their best.


We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to collaborate across departments, and can turn learning strategies into measurable results.


Performance Enablement Specialist Responsibilities:




  • Partner with subject matter experts to align training with organizational goals




  • Design, develop, and deliver learning programs using e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual methods




  • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date training repository in compliance with internal standards




  • Facilitate engaging sessions that drive knowledge retention and application




  • Track training metrics and use feedback for continuous improvement




  • Support coaching efforts and performance development across departments




  • Lead adoption efforts for new systems, tools, and processes through targeted training




Performance Enablement Specialist Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Instructional Design, HR, Education, Business, etc.)




  • 4+ years of experience in learning and development or employee enablement




  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices




  • Skilled in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise); experience with Cornerstone LMS preferred




  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident facilitation ability




  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work across U.S. time zones




  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work in both virtual and in-person settings
