Tools: Python, Node, REST, JSON; Azure OpenAI Service, Functions, API Management, Key Vault; Copilot 365; Informatica or similar; Workday and Salesforce APIs; Git, CI/CD, testing.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional experience delivering ML-powered products or AI features in production
- Strong with Azure services for AI and data, such as Azure OpenAI Service, Functions, API Management, Key Vault, Storage, and monitoring
- Hands-on coding in Python or Node, experience with REST APIs, eventing, and secure integration patterns
- Data governance experience, ideally with Informatica or similar tools, and a clear view of quality and lineage
- Track record creating processes and roadmaps that teams can follow
- Proven ability to navigate complex environments with many reviews and stakeholders
Preferred:
- Healthcare background, comfort with the pace and approvals in health systems
- Experience with Copilot 365 administration and extensibility
- Workday or Salesforce integration experience
- MLOps experience, for example model tracking, evaluation, and rollout
What you will do:

- Evaluate and extend Microsoft Copilot 365 use cases; define when to use Copilot vs the sandbox
- Create integrations for enterprise apps including Workday and Salesforce using APIs and secure patterns
- Partner with data governance on lineage, quality, cataloging, access controls, and retention, using tools such as Informatica
- Define process, templates, and roadmaps for an AI Center of Excellence, including intake, review, and release steps
- Contribute code and reusable components in Python or Node, including unit and integration tests
- Support model evaluation, safety, privacy, and audit readiness in a regulated healthcare setting
- Coach architects and developers who are newer to ML so the team scales skills over time
