Job Summary:
We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin to support sales, marketing, and retail functions. You'll gather requirements, lead workshops, design solutions, and manage the Salesforce platform (primarily Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud). You'll also work closely with global teams, manage configurations, build reports/dashboards, and support change management and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions with best practices
- Configure Salesforce features and support UAT
- Manage change/adoption and training plans
- Create reports, dashboards, and alerts for business insights
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance
- Work cross-functionally with global teams
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on with configuration (flows, profiles, roles, permissions, validations, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a global matrixed environment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC project management
- Preferred: Dashboard development with Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
Required: Salesforce Administrator & Experience Cloud Consultant
Preferred: Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Agile Scrum Master
