We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated JIRA Developer/Architect (Jira Cloud) who can design, build, and configure applications to optimize business processes and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JIRA administration, customization, automation, and integration with other enterprise tools.

- Act as the SME for Atlassian tools, build, customize, and support the Atlassian JIRA workflow capability as well as strategic planning initiatives with Atlassian tools to meet the clients need and mission
- Configure, support and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, Add-ons and modules to expand the capabilities of Atlassian stack
- Build Customized dashboards for JIRA Timely and cost-effective implementation
Skills Required:
- 8+ years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA, JSM, JWM and Confluence both from configuration standpoint and customization aspect
- Configure, support and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, Add-ons and modules to expand the capabilities of Atlassian stack
- Build Customized dashboards for JIRA Timely and cost-effective implementation
- Expert in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins Experience in JIRA performance tuning, database optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with JIRA analytics is a plus
Skills Preferred:

- Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python and other programming languages
- 5+ years of experience with Agile software development
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in defining strategy, and roadmaps

- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
