Salesforce DevSecOps Administrator (Interim security clearance or higher e.g., Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI)

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce DevSecOps Administrator to support mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce administration, DevSecOps practices, and secure infrastructure management within highly regulated environments. This role requires a strong background in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and CI/CD automation, as well as the ability to operate in fast-paced, security-first environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve infrastructure issues in AWS and other utilities integrated with the Salesforce platform.

Facilitate break-fix releases leveraging AIE Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines.

Address cybersecurity findings by applying patches, configuring infrastructure, and completing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).

Ensure Salesforce environments meet DoD security and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with development, cybersecurity, and operations teams to enhance security posture and system reliability.

Maintain system availability, performance, and scalability across Salesforce environments.

Automate administration, monitoring, and deployment processes to increase operational efficiency.

Support ongoing integration of Salesforce with third-party products and cloud services.

Required Skills:

Must possess (Interim security clearance or higher e.g., Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI).

Proven hands-on expertise with Salesforce administration and DevSecOps principles.

Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud security best practices.

Experience managing and remediating cybersecurity vulnerabilities in accordance with DoD standards.

Proficiency with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Flosum, AIE pipeline).

Ability to document and implement STIG compliance and other DoD security frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

12+ years of general work experience in systems administration, DevOps, or Salesforce administration.

Candidate must also demonstrate experience supporting Salesforce platform(s) within Department of Defense (DoD) environments.

Demonstrated experience working within high-security federal environments.
