JOB DESCRIPTION:
- - Configure and develop Microsoft CE CRM systems per Agile backlog requirements.
    Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
    Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with contact center applications, self-service portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
    Configure Omnichannel features such as Channels, Workstreams, and Unified Routing.
    Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines aligned with PTC standards and SDLC best practices.
    Support user training, adoption, and ongoing optimization efforts.
    Document all technical work, including designs, test scripts, and process improvements.
    Engagement Details
    Primarily remote, with monthly onsite visits (1 week/month) at PTC s Middletown, PA offices.
    Must attend orientation onsite (travel not reimbursed).
    Must be available to arrive onsite within 3 hours if required for emergencies.
    All travel, equipment handling, and onboarding requirements must adhere to PTC and GSA guidelines.
    
    Required Qualifications
    5+ years of experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications.
    Proven experience with Customer Service, Omnichannel, and Unified Routing configurations.
    Strong knowledge of Contact Center, self-service, and mobile app integrations.
    Experience with ERP and payment gateway integrations.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO).
    Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
    Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
    Required Certifications:
    Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910)
    Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core (MB-200)
    Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
    Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230)
    Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
    Preferred Certifications (Working Toward):
    Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
    Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
    Soft Skills
    Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
    Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
    Experience with SAP, ITIL/ITSM practices, or enterprise-scale solutions is a plus.
