Job description
- Manage day-to-day task distribution across team members
- Track and report on work volumes, turnaround time, and quality metrics
- Monitor project progress across various LOB s (Lending and Advisory Services and Analytics) and ensure SLA adherence
- Coordinate with offshore team to resolve rework and quality exceptions
- Act as the primary onshore/offshore escalation point for workflow or resource issues
- Review workload pipeline and prioritize tasks in coordination with the client or onsite team
- Participate in weekly review meetings and stakeholder reporting.
- Ensure effective knowledge sharing and retention within the team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and team performance assessments.
Criteria:
- Undergraduate
- Minimum Work Experience of 5-6 years in managing Back office operations
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The candidate should be able to express and understand queries clearly and effectively
