Job Title: Flexcube Business Analyst
Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically adept and domain-driven Core Banking Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Flexcube UBS modules or other leading core banking systems like T24, Finacle, or PISMO. The role requires strong experience in data migration projects, interface documentation, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as SME on Flexcube UBS modules such as CASA, Customer, Interest & Charges, CORE setup, and Payments
  • Lead or support data migration initiatives from legacy systems to Flexcube or across Flexcube version upgrades
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements and system flows
  • Design and maintain Interface Design Documents including flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools
  • Write and review SQL queries to support data validation, migration activities, and business rules testing
  • Facilitate discussions with partner systems to drive alignment on integration and requirements
  • Work closely with OFSS (Oracle) consultants or vendors when applicable
  • Track and report on progress, risks, and deliverables across cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

  • Strong domain expertise in core banking platforms Flexcube, T24, Finacle, or PISMO
  • Deep knowledge of Flexcube UBS modules (CASA, Payments, Customer, Charges, CORE)
  • SQL scripting proficiency for data extraction, validation, and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in data migration, preferably involving OFSS-led implementations
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and interface specs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with OFSS (Oracle Financial Services Software) on Flexcube-related programs
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery environments
  • Familiarity with middleware or integration frameworks in banking ecosystems
