Job Details

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy Power BI reports utilizing Azure Analysis Services and Databricks.
  • Support and enhance ADF pipelines for efficient data processing.
  • Perform defect fixes on Power BI reports and create complex Databricks queries.
  • Provide production support for Power BI and AAS reports.
  • Design and implement complex SQL queries and stored procedures, deploying them as ADF jobs.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to maintain business solutions following Agile principles.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of development practices and methodologies.
  • Write thorough tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Skills

  • Strong experience in Power BI report development and model building.
  • Proficiency in Azure Analysis Services, Azure Databricks (SQL & Python), and ADF.
  • Ability to write performance-tuned complex queries in Databricks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience collaborating with business partners to translate complex requirements into software solutions.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented principles and experience in JAVA and Spring Boot applications.
  • Full lifecycle development experience on large projects.
  • Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
