Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize DOORS for requirements management and traceability.
  • Manage and maintain hardware Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Perform technical insertion hardware selection to ensure compatibility and performance.
  • Apply expertise in submarine fire control systems to support system integration and testing.
  • Conduct requirement analysis to identify and document system requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are met.
  • Support system design, development, and verification activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in systems engineering with a focus on DOORS and hardware BOM.
  • Experience with technical insertion hardware selection processes.
  • Familiarity with submarine fire control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
