Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer with a strong background in Adobe XD, design system creation and management, responsive web design, and UI design patterns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sketching, visual design fundamentals, and UX consulting, and possess hands-on knowledge of user testing tools such as Userlytics. This role requires a passion for crafting seamless user experiences and a deep understanding of modern web design practices.

Responsibilities

·       Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.

·       Create responsive web designs that deliver optimal user experiences on all devices.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map customer journeys and strategize user experience improvements.

·       Lead design workshops and participate in service design initiatives to influence product direction.

·       Utilize Adobe XD and Sketch to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

·       Apply and evolve UI design patterns while maintaining strong visual design standards.

·       Conduct UX consulting sessions and user testing (e.g., with Userlytics) to gather feedback and enhance product usability.

·       Advocate for visual design best practices and fundamentals throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced credentials preferred.

·       Proven experience in design system creation, management, and responsive web design.

·       Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard design tools.

·       Strong knowledge of UI design patterns, visual design principles, and UX methodologies.

·       Experience conducting user research and usability testing using tools like Userlytics.

·       Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

·       Background working with private equity companies is a plus.

·       Experience leading design or tech teams and delivering successful projects.

·       Strong analytical and architectural abilities in service and experience design.
