Location: Nashville, TN (onsite 2 days per week)
Schedule: Hybrid; Thursdays required, second onsite day is flexible
Contract: 12-month contract with right to hire
Start Date: ASAP once standard screenings clear
Compensation: $46/hr

Overview
A large, nationally recognized enterprise in the healthcare sector is expanding its Automation Center of Excellence. They are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to support automation initiatives across multiple internal portfolios. This role offers meaningful impact, high visibility, and full lifecycle ownership.

What You’ll Do
• Lead requirements gathering across automation initiatives
• Write user stories, requirements, workflows, and BDDs
• Participate in UAT and deployment activities end-to-end
• Partner closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage documentation and artifacts within Azure DevOps
• Work within an Agile environment that is continuing to mature
• Support operational and strategic needs of the Automation Center of Excellence

Required Experience
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience beyond basic documentation, including workflow creation, BDDs, and full-lifecycle project involvement
• Hands-on UAT participation and deployment support
• Strong cross-functional communication with technical and business teams
• Experience writing user stories in ADO
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
