Job Summary
We are seeking seeking a highly experienced Red Hat OpenShift Engineer with strong networking and security expertise to join our Atlanta engineering team. This role will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our containerized environments while ensuring network and security integrations meet enterprise standards. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including security operations, network engineering, and application development, to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production environments.
Support containerized application deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with network engineering teams to integrate OpenShift with enterprise network and security infrastructure.
Configure, monitor, and optimize security tools such as IBM QRadar, AlgoSec, F5 BIG-IQ, NetBrain, and Vital Suite as they relate to OpenShift and network operations.
Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure and application issues.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
Document processes, system designs, and operational runbooks for ongoing support. Required Qualifications
15+ years of IT engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
Strong background in network engineering (routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, DNS).
Demonstrated experience with IBM QRadar, AlgoSec, F5 BIG-IQ, NetBrain, and Vital Suite.
Expertise with Linux (RHEL), system administration, and shell scripting.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, ArgoCD, etc.).
Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications
Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280) or equivalent certification.
Experience in telecom or large-scale enterprise environments.
Familiarity with hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and multi-cloud networking.
Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and high availability architectures.
