Job Details

We are seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) Consultant with strong client-facing experience to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Consumer Goods Cloud solutions. This role requires a blend of functional expertise, retail industry knowledge, and hands-on Salesforce skills to help clients transform their field execution and retail operations.

  • Lead client workshops to gather and define business requirements.

  • Design and configure Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) solutions including Retail Execution, Visit Planning, and Trade Promotion functionalities.

  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and detailed documentation.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure end-to-end delivery.

  • Manage UAT, user training, and post-implementation support.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business goals and Salesforce platform capabilities.

< data-start="1390" data-end="1429">Required Experience & Skills</>

  • 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, including 2+ years with Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC).

  • Strong understanding of Retail Execution, Route Optimization, and Field Sales processes.

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration best practices.

  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Salesforce Consultant, CAccredited Professional).

  • Experience in Retail, CPG, or FMCG industries is a strong plus.

  • Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Field Service modules.

  • Prior consulting experience with a Salesforce Partner or global systems integrator.
