Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCD Consultant with a strong background in configuration, customization, and support of the SAP FSCD module, particularly within the health insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have both technical and functional expertise to collaborate with stakeholders, design scalable solutions, and ensure smooth system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT solutions related to sales operations and member revenue. 
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clarity of project goals and deliverables. 
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend effective solutions. 
- Facilitate planning, analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business objectives. 
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process and system improvement. 
- Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and conduct UAT to ensure business needs are met. 
- Lead medium to large-scale enhancements through planning, development, and implementation. 
- Apply Agile methodology to manage tasks and deliverables effectively. 
- Support training efforts by creating user documentation and conducting sessions. 
- Provide production support and resolve technical issues as needed. 
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FSCD functionalities, including collections, disbursements, and billing processes in the health insurance sector. 
- Proficiency in configuring FSCD module components, including master data setup and payment processing. 
- Hands-on ABAP programming experience for customization and enhancement of FSCD functionalities. 
- Experience with SAP HANA and database optimization for performance and reporting. 
- Integration expertise with SAP FI and external systems such as Facets claims processing. 
- Strong understanding of claims lifecycle (submission, adjudication, payment) and its financial impact. 
Functional Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of health insurance processes, including claims management, premium billing, and payment processing. 
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA compliance.
