Job Details

Role Overview:
The resource will provide day-to-day Sentinel One support and assist with several in-flight projects. This includes:
Maintaining and upgrading agents (including EOL updates)
Troubleshooting agent issues and writing exclusion rules
Supporting group clean-up and legacy phase-out efforts
Enabling full functionality in customer-facing environments (currently detect-only)
Rolling out extended vulnerability scanning on servers
Documenting and cleaning up exception processes
Coordinating with internal teams and participating in meetings

Environment & Requirements:
Sentinel One deployed via SCCM and Intune
No scripting or new deployment methodologies required
SDL experience is a plus, but not required
