Job Description:

Apex Systems is seeking a Product Support Analyst to work onsite in Oklahoma City. This position involves analyzing engineering, logistics, and operational data to develop and maintain comprehensive support solutions for aircraft systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze engineering, reliability, maintainability, and supply chain data to develop support solutions, including:
  • Support analysis
  • Provisioning and spares solutions
  • Maintenance, inspection, and technical support documentation
  • Provide recommendations on product supportability and define operational maintenance tasks and required resources.
  • Develop and maintain support systems to meet supportability requirements.
  • Identify logistics support candidates and create logistics support analysis (LSA) records and reports.
  • Determine spares provisioning requirements and recommend spare/replacement parts, stocking levels, and inventory strategies.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for aircraft system operation, testing, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Evaluate aircraft and fleet performance, reliability, and availability to establish and refine maintenance concepts.
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and storing system support technical data.
  • Support development of maintenance tasks, resource planning, and support systems for single subsystems.
  • Contribute to logistics support analysis and spares provisioning for specific customer contracts.
  • Help prepare technical documentation and review operational performance data.
    Other Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop technical publication elements for all maintenance levels for new or fielded major equipment systems or subsystems.
    • Collect, research, and analyze source data; identify and correct inaccuracies.
    • Participate in peer reviews of technical publication content.
    • Understand and assess the impact of change requests on existing technical manuals.


    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma with 3+ years related work experience required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
    • Background in Commercial or Military aircraft maintenance operations
    • Experience with eMod software preferred
    • Familiarity with SGML data formats desired
