Description

We are looking for an IT Support specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona, on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for a skilled Help Desk Analyst with expertise in network administration and a strong background in troubleshooting and support. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations across various IT systems and technologies.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Cisco routers and associated technologies, ensuring smooth functionality.
Manage and configure Palo Alto firewalls to maintain secure and efficient network operations.
Support and administer Active Directory environments, including user account management and system configuration.
Maintain backup systems and procedures to safeguard critical data.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware and software.
Collaborate with teams to design and implement effective network configurations.
Oversee configuration management processes to ensure system consistency and reliability.
Offer expertise in firewall technologies to enhance network security.
Assist with integrating and managing EO/IR systems as needed.
Contribute to maintaining Microsoft-based systems and applications.

Requirements

Proven experience with Cisco routers and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls and network security protocols.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory management and administration.
Familiarity with backup technologies and disaster recovery planning.
Competence in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
Background in configuration management and system design.
Expertise in firewall technologies and network security.
Proficiency in working with Microsoft systems and applications.
