Job Summary (List Format)

- Position: Technical Product Analyst (Contract)
- Contract Duration: 3 months (through end of year), likely extension into 2026
- Location: Remote, with some required travel to Chicago for team meetings

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between DSML and Marketing teams for the DM Rule Engine application
- Gather, document, and prioritize feature requests and changes from marketing stakeholders
- Manage backlog and sprint boards in JIRA/Asana
- Collaborate cross-functionally (with marketing, claims, call center teams) to identify and solve pain points using predictive analytics, forecasting, or GenAI
- Create clear documentation, diagrams, and presentations to align implementation with business needs
- Establish and lead regular review meetings with stakeholders

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years as a product, business, or technical analyst (preferably in data, marketing, or decisioning platforms)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, backlog management, and sprint planning
- Proven ability to work closely with marketing or customer-facing business units
- Solid understanding of data-driven decisioning (predictive analytics, rule engines, AI/ML)
- Skilled in documentation and visualization (workflow diagrams, process mapping, version-controlled requirements)
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate between technical and business audiences

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with GenAI/agentic flows for customer experience or marketing
- Experience in highly cross-functional environments (DSML, claims, call centers, MarTech)
- Background in MarTech, AdTech, or decision engine tools
- Exposure to product ownership or product management
