Job description:
We are looking for a contractor who can join the team for 3-6 months into procurement organization.
Looking for a procurement and/or vendor mgmt. specialist who can help the team run procurement operations. This includes but not limited to
- Contracts Review: Contracts and any related documents (MSA, SOW, DPA etc,.) review to make sure these documents follow company standards.
- Contract Negotiation: Help team with contract negotiations and vendor mgmt.
- Help purchase requestors to get their purchase approvals on time by working with functional teams such as legal, compliance, risk and privacy teams. Complete the vendor management review of each purchase request.
- Conduct monthly stakeholder reviews.
- Manage Vendor mgmt. tickets workflows, approvals, escalations.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement organization.
Experience in applications such as Oracle, Concur, Coupa, Jira is desired
