Position: Full Stack .Net Developer with EDI experience

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

  • GitHub repository (not just GiT vs. TFS, but actual GitHub repository experience.
  • GitHub to Azure Landing zone and building of those pipelines .
  • Blazor with SignalR for session/memory saving for front-end development.

Education & Experience (Preferred):

  • 5 years experience in HealthCare EDI processes.
  • 5 years experience in HealthCare EHR processes.
  • 5 years experience in Behavior Health processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Software Engineer III is responsible for writing, testing, maintaining extensible code using Object Oriented principles of design and development, along with setting up computer programs to be implemented onto our infrastructure systems. Qualified applicants will be required to proficiently code computer programs for multiple applications using a variety of technologies and to work closely with other Software Engineers I and II as their mentors. Additionally, qualified applicants will be required to have already established the skill-sets necessary to perform development on these various applications using either existing frameworks or frameworks designed or approved by Software Engineering Architects without the need of being mentored.

Essential Functions:

  • Software Engineer III principle role is to create and maintain application programs supporting enterprise systems.
  • Assisting management and architects with the selection process of Vendor supplied software and how to implement Enterprise Application programs.
  • Mentor Software Engineers to become proficient with NDBH Applications.
  • Strong Knowledge of the Medical Insurance, Claims, or Behavioral Health Industries.
  • Perform Automated Testing procedures.
  • Perform API Interface Development.
  • Perform Database Programming with Relational Databases.
  • Perform Object Oriented Programming on a .NET platform.
  • Monitoring of Application Systems by virtue of an on-call rotation during working, non-working hours and weekends.
  • Partner with Project Managers on delegated tasks.
  • Work continuously with Business Analyst whom document the business requirements.
  • Assist in the identification of emerging technologies that may be appropriate for New Directions, provide technical knowledge, skills, and support to development team.
  • Support the goals of the Information Technology Department.
  • Must have a flexible schedule for Information Technology demands.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology, or Two (2) year Degree Program from an accredited Technical school, or Certifications on multiple technologies from an accredited training program.
  • 4 to 7 years of job experience in Software Engineering.
  • Must have 4 to 7 years of Developing experience on at least 5 of these technologies:
    • C# ASP.NET Biztalk Stored Procedure
    • SQL Server Office 365 Technologies TSQL
    • Visual Studio JavaScript Azure Dev-Ops
    • SSMS jQuery TFS
