SYSTEMTEC is seeking a IT Program Manager with Mergers and Acquisitions experience. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of complex IT projects across multiple enterprise technology programs. This role supports a major health system integration and focuses on aligning IT functions across ERP, ETS, and EMR initiatives.
Responsibilities of the IT Program Manager:
- Drive cross-program IT coordination and ensure interoperability between concurrent enterprise rollouts (ERP, EMR, ETS).
- Fill the gaps left by macro-level program managers by focusing on IT-specific administrative, scheduling, and integration tasks.
- Collaborate with existing program managers and technical leads to identify interrelated risks and dependencies.
- Own and maintain program schedules, resource planning, and status reporting for IT components.
- Lead financial tracking, time management, documentation, and communications across projects.
- Provide leadership across multiple project teams to ensure cohesive execution and delivery of program goals.
- Participate in go-live planning and on-site support, especially during critical deployment phases.
Requirements of the IT Program Manager:
Strong IT Go-Live skills such as command center coordination, understanding of necessary go-live activities
Experiences Health Care implementations a plus and/or large infrastructure Implementation (network, telephony) and ERP systems within a live setting (i.e. patients, staff will be in building during go live)
