Seeking a CRM Administrator/Project Coordinator with strong Oracle Service Cloud experience. This role supports CRM configuration, data integrity, integrations, system enhancements, and application troubleshooting, while also coordinating medium-sized projects.
Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain CRM settings, workflows, templates, surveys, and user permissions
Support testing, updates, and CRM customizations
Ensure data integrity, imports, migrations, and integrations
Provide CRM application support, security, and performance monitoring
Create and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews
Coordinate project timelines, documentation, meetings, and deliverables
Required Skills:
2 3+ years CRM administration (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
1 2+ years project coordination
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Asana
Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
