Job Details

Seeking a CRM Administrator/Project Coordinator with strong Oracle Service Cloud experience. This role supports CRM configuration, data integrity, integrations, system enhancements, and application troubleshooting, while also coordinating medium-sized projects.
Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain CRM settings, workflows, templates, surveys, and user permissions

  • Support testing, updates, and CRM customizations

  • Ensure data integrity, imports, migrations, and integrations

  • Provide CRM application support, security, and performance monitoring

  • Create and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews

  • Coordinate project timelines, documentation, meetings, and deliverables

Required Skills:

  • 2 3+ years CRM administration (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)

  • 1 2+ years project coordination

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Asana

  • Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
