Job Title: Product Owner Regulatory Reporting
Location: Phoenix, AZ / New York, NY (Hybrid)
Job Type: W2 Contract Only
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Product Owners with deep expertise in US financial regulatory reporting to join a dynamic team in a W2 contract capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance/accounting or IT, with at least 8 years of experience in banking, financial services, or US Federal Reserve regulatory reporting. You should possess a strong understanding of US regulatory frameworks (e.g., Y9C, Y14, Call Reports, Y15, 2052a), and a proven track record in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in US financial regulatory reporting, banking, or controllership
- Strong knowledge of US regulatory reports such as Y9C, Y14, Call Reports, Y15, 2052a, etc.
- Experience working with US Federal Reserve or other regulatory bodies.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience; Agile mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities in a regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe POPM Certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience working with large-scale financial systems and data platforms
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks
Contract Type:
- W2 only (No C2C or 1099 arrangements)
