Immediate need for a talented Senior Business Analyst LTL, Logistics & Supply Chain. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Johns Creek GA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Job ID:25-81463 Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
  • Apply deep knowledge of LTL freight operations, Logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve logistics performance and reduce costs.
  • Validate the test results by QA and the Solution as per Business Requirement, Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Solution, Design & Documentation, User Training, UAT, Go-Live Support are part of the activities

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Less-than-Truckload (LTL)
  • Proven experience managing project backlogs, writing & managing user stories using Azure DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of Scrum framework and agile ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with SDLC including requirement analysis, definition, and testing phases.
  • Functional & technical expertise in logistics systems and applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modelling, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies & SDLC.
  • Ability to plan project scope, direct teams, and assess stakeholder inputs.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools & skills.
