Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Lead Technology Business Analysis

REMOTE TYPE: [Hybrid position]

JOB LOCATION: 3400 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75075 [Hybrid position]

DUTIES: Design modular and scalable web components and lead software development projects using current web and Microservice technologies. Manage end-to-end requirement processes using tools to define the set of processes. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans including new and emerging products, technologies, and applications. Prepare requirement packages and user stories, manage requirement traceability changes and artifacts, and develop reference and resource materials. Review final technical designs and solutions and coordinate user acceptance testing. Lead IT product teams by conducting peer reviews and presenting product status to executive leaders. Conduct multi-year product planning, analyze data and reports to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share and penetration, and profitability objectives. Facilitate product development through UI development, QA, and release and production support. Write technical documentation including architecture diagrams and sequence diagrams. Utilize Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SDLC, REST, and container and cloud VM deployment models.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation preparing requirement packages and user stories, managing requirement traceability changes and artifacts, and developing reference and resource materials; conducting multi-year product planning, analyzing data and reports to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensuring consistency, and achieving product performance, revenue, market share and penetration, and profitability objectives; facilitating product development through UI development, QA, and release and production support; writing technical documentation including architecture diagrams and sequence diagrams; and utilizing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SDLC, REST, and container and cloud VM deployment models.
