Role Overview
We are seeking Certified Security Implementation Engineers to join a specialized delivery bench. This role is designed for Full-Lifecycle engineering, covering both Net-New Implementations/Migrations and Advanced Health Checks/Optimization. You will act as the technical lead for customer engagements, ensuring that all deployments and audits meet strict OEM certification standards.
Core Responsibilities (All Platforms)
- Net-New Implementation: Lead end-to-end configuration of security platforms, including mail flow routing, system integration, and initial policy baseline.
- System Migration: Guide customers through the transition from legacy on-premise solutions or basic cloud security to advanced hygiene platforms.
- Health Check & Optimization: Perform deep-dive audits of existing environments to identify security gaps, misconfigured policies, and DNS authentication errors (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Advanced Feature Deployment: Stand up secondary product purchases, specifically focusing on Brand Protection and Impersonation/Anti-Phishing modules.
Vendor-Specific Delivery Tracks
1. Mimecast (Gateway & BEP)
- Health Check: Audit TTP (Targeted Threat Protection) and URL/Attachment sandboxing.
- Implementation: Deploy Brand Exploit Protect (BEP), including API 2.0 application records and look-alike domain monitoring.
2. Barracuda (Email Security & Cloud-to-Cloud)
- Health Check: Optimize ESG (Email Security Gateway) scoring, rate control, and IP reputation.
- Implementation: Configure Impersonation Protection and AI-driven fraud detection to secure the internal brand.
3. Proofpoint (Protection & EFD)
- Health Check: Review PPS/Essentials policies and TAP (Targeted Attack Protection) dashboards.
- Implementation: Lead high-volume deployments (250–2,500+ seats) and configure Email Fraud Defense (EFD) for DMARC visibility.
4. Yubico (Identity & MFA)
- Health Check: Identify phishable MFA factors and evaluate IDP readiness (Okta/Entra ID).
- Implementation: Deploy YubiKey hardware-backed authentication using FIDO2/WebAuthn and manage keys via YubiEnterprise.
