Job Details

SAP Functional Analyst
Location: Jackson, Michigan

Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP plant maintenance & customer service modules and industry Specific modules. Hands-on experience in functional design and
configuration with SAP Enterprise Asset Management
Need to have experience in Production Support utilizing ITIL practices for Incident, Change and Problem Management.
Create utilities industry specific solution designs to plan define and execute complex, interdependent work. Extensive experience in implementation or support within the Utilities Industry environment.
Experience in integration of Utilities Industry with Asset Investment, EAM, Scheduling, Mobility, Graphical Work, and/or GIS applications.
To provide support should have Utilities Industry experience with EAM solutions including SAP, Spatial Asset management, Asset performance management, Ventyx (Hitachi) etc. and
Knowledge of Handheld Wireless Devices, RFID, ESRI Spatial solutions technologies.
Strong customer service orientation; strong customer-facing and relationship building skills.
Develop a strong working relationship with business partners to facilitate effective, end-to-end solutions for business processes.
Experience with Detailed knowledge of IT principles, methods, and practices in the Utility area.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Maintain application configuration parameters and system related documentation.
Familiarity with Agile and all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience delivering technical documentation and procedures.
Proficiency in information and data management
Extensive experience in system design and application development
Knowledge of quality assurance principles, processes and testing requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Self-motivated and able to take on responsibility.
