Job Title: UX Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered experiences within financial or enterprise environments. You will play a key role in creating intuitive, visually engaging, and compliant digital applications that support both business goals and user needs. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders will be essential to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights, particularly for financial or transactional workflows.
Translate business and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design user flows and interaction models for web and mobile interfaces.
Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and cross-functional teams.
Iterate on designs using data, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
Ensure designs comply with brand, accessibility, and financial industry standards.
Stay current with UX best practices, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of UX design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX deliverables and problem-solving.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for financial services, banking, or fintech platforms.
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
Background in UI design is a bonus.
