Epic Administrator (Cogito)

The Cogito Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining Epic's analytics infrastructure, including the Clarity and Caboodle databases. This role supports data integration, ETL processes, performance tuning, user access, and report delivery across clinical, financial, and operational domains. The administrator ensures data accuracy, availability, and security within the Epic Cogito ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Clarity and Caboodle databases, including schema updates and performance optimization.


• Support and troubleshoot ETL processes from Epic Chronicles to Clarity and Caboodle.


• Manage user permissions and security within Cogito tools.


• Collaborate with analysts, report developers, and IT teams to support reporting and analytics needs.


• Monitor system performance and maintain documentation.

Required Skills:

• Cogito Certification


• Clarity and Caboodle experience


• 3+ years of Epic Cogito Admin/Analyst experience
