Role: Senior Product Manager
Rate: $63/hour W2
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative product solutions focused on unified communications and contact center transformation. This individual will take ownership of products from concept through execution, ensuring customer needs are understood and translated into actionable requirements. A key focus will be on delivering a new portal overlay and IVR replacement solution that enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and definition to launch and iteration.

  • Analyze current processes and customer behaviors to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Define and document detailed product requirements, working with engineering and design teams to ensure technical and user needs are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, marketing, and operations.

  • Drive conflict resolution in product strategy and stakeholder alignment, especially within UCaaS and contact center environments.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to leadership and stakeholders, articulating vision, roadmap, and impact.

  • Support go-to-market (GTM) readiness, strategy development, and execution planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 5–7 years in a senior capacity.

  • Proven ability to translate customer needs and behaviors into clear product features and solutions.

  • Strong background in technical environments, with the ability to dive deep into technical considerations.

  • Experience in unified communications (UCaaS) and/or contact center technologies is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing product conflict resolution.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution and delivering measurable results.
